I have owned the ultimate rebound quarter fold for 4 or 5 years now and always go back to exercising on it. It's a very sturdy piece of equipment, easy on my knees, fun (remember bouncing on the bed when you were a kid?), and I can exercise gently or more aggressively depending on how ambitious I am.I usually watch tv or listen to music and never get bored - and I feel good after I'm done. The springs have started breaking and they sent replacements out for the charge of shipping only which says a lot for this company.

Three things to consider in a yoga block: size, material, color.This thing is purple = ugly.The material is foam, and this block will still be around 1 million years after I die - for a more environmentally sound purchase try cork, for double the price, of course.Finally, I like the size of this block, most blocks are 3x5x9, this one is 4x6x9 which means that its more stable.

Sevylor Inflatable Party 108 Inch Dock Review

We purchased this inflatable to tie up behind our boat on Lake Michigan. It is very high quality material, and well constructed. It inflates in about 5 minutes on the boat with a 12V pump (got a Coleman one).

The info says that it seats 8-9, more realistically it is 6-7 adults, regardless it is a lot of fun and really extends the functionality (and fun) of your time on the lake.

I gave this 4 stars because although it comes neatly packed in a box, it is impossible to get it back into any type of easy to carry shape after you've inflated it. If you're able to leave this on the boat that would be ideal, just realize it rolls back up into something about the size of a large sleeping bag.

Gaiam Super Grippy Yoga Gloves Review

I bought both the socks and gloves at Target because i wanted to try them right away rather than wait for them to be shipped to me.I like the socks good enough, but the gloves did not work. My hands still slipped on the mat while doing downward dog and other various poses. i don't recommend the gloves. If you sweat a lot or even enough that you feel your hands slipping a bit on the mat, don't get the gloves. I'm going to try another brand and return the gloves... To me, if I can keep warrior pose in the socks without slipping then it's worth the buy for the socks.So i kept the socks.

I'm a bit of a novice to yoga.I love the inversions, and was delighted when I was finally able to hop into a headstand - only to end up with something not unlike whiplash, as my neck was frantically trying to stabilize my whole body.The Yogacise solves all kinds of problems for me.It not only relieves my neck of that burden, but it actually seems to decompress a tired neck (which I chronically have these days).It's virtually effortless to move into a headstand with this contraption, but you still get a terrific core workout once you're up.There's just really nothing I can say to fault this thing.It's comfortable.It's well made.Maybe I wish it would fold up a bit more compactly - but heck, that's just a detail.It's my new favorite yoga toy - and well worth the money.And oh, by the way - Gaiam sells this same unit for $20 more on its website.So Amazon's is a deal.

As much as this 'kit' sounds wonderful with all of its inclusions, I am seriously getting agrivated by the deceptive details and specifications listed for this product (and it's not the only one).When a product is going to cost a certain amount and the details and/or picture specifically state that there are a certain number of items included, there is NO EXCUSE when the customer receives anything different.To state that TWO blocks are included in this kit and then only ONE is received with the shipment, it may seem frivilous but it is downright deceptive, and ANNOYING.An $8 or $9 item, big deal, right?Well, how many people are getting ripped off for that mere $8/$9?This NEEDS to be addressed and rectified.I don't care if I had to pay 8 more dollars; at least I would know that I would be receiving what is being marketed to me.Proper business ethics demonstrated here would be appreciated.

this lasted less than a week before it popped. Was used by adults and not in a rough manner.Also, when it arrived it was a nice ugly bright lime green and the mesh is not mesh, it is plastic.
